Well, hello friends and readers,
It was wonderful having a 3 day weekend. We ran most of Friday and Saturday but today, Easter, has been a lazy day. I even got a nap!
We had pork chops and slow cooked green beans and red potatoes and glazed carrots for dinner. Delicious.
So...I'm a bit blue...having to go back to the grindstone...so to express my feelings....
